hi good day . yes i agree with your post hearing the tinkling of the wind chimes makes your mood to relax and less stress. just like the wind spinners you can enjoy its movement while looking at your garden and add beauty to the ambiance.

I am a school teacher with a mission this diwali , to make people aware of the ills of bursting crackers.
A signing campign was started last saturday and today we enacted the sufferings of the children of shivakashi's plight. I went further and narrated AL Gore's story -The little frog and explained how short sighted we were just like the frog to not understand what we are doing is resulting in global warming. I think I have started giving back a little to Mother Earth. Have

Hi Sujay D, I would like to thank you for your comments and thoughts. I believe it is ver much necessary to extend your gratitude even among close friends. It is because gratitude is not a comment or an opinion it is just a respect for humanitarian thoughts. By expressing gratitude, you are assuring the person that you are respecting and accrediting the care and favor bestowed upon you. The expression of gratitude is not a fake expression; it is something that comes from the bottom of your heart. While developing gratitude the heart does not differentiate on the basis of the intimacy of relationships, instead it just develops gratitude for the favor obtained. Then how can you suppress some expression that arises from your heart? So no matter what the relationship is, expressing gratitude creates a feel of joy and recognition and nurtures the relationship to a greater height.

It's so true ... nowadays most of us have forgotten the simple pleasures that make up life ... the world around is so competitive in terms of work,positions of power, social status etc that we just let the simple things slip away

I'm guilty of it too ... I try to hold on to the smaller things, but the big picture (ironic huh) keeps pulling me away ...

Thanks for the wonderful post - today is my day to enjoy the simple pleasures .. and it started with getting a much needed manicure :)
